Dr Shafer is a highly qualified and professional that cares for his patients and it shows!
As busy as Dr. Shafer is, there was never a time during my appointment with him that I felt he was rushing through our session in order to get to his next patie t. He took the time to explain in detail why I was experiencing discomfort a week after my surgery. Made suggestions as to how to deal with the discomfort and how to speed along recovery.
The very best of the best. He explained clinical knee abnormalities in a way our 13yo son and the parents could fully understand. He was on time for appointments and surgery. His bedside manner is the best in the industry. His front office staff, circulating nurses, anesthesiologist and post op nurses were all top notch. I am the mother of the 13 year old patient and have spent my career as an RN working with all specialty MD’s - Shafer is the best in the industry. Highly highly recommend.
