After suffering for many days with congestion in my ears, head, and chest, I went and had a session at Breathe It In. Literally, before I left I could tell it was working. This is definitely something I will start doing regularly.
Love this place! It's helps my boys with congestion and sinuses. I've also had many massages and they are amazing! Highly recommend it!

My 2 year old daughter and I loved hanging out in what we now call the "Salt Play Room". With sand toys and a tv with Netflix, the kids room is perfect for keeping this family's lungs healthy. Thanks Breathe It In NLR!
I went in with a sinus infection, not being able to breathe through my nose and tightness in my chest. I was VERY skeptical, bit desperate! I tried it and halfway through it was able to breathe out of my nose and my chest had less pressure in it. I'm feeling much better today as well. The people I spoke to that were in the room with me said they had the same reservations but then realized it helped them as well. I will be going back and buying the 10 for $110 package! I have been twice and so enjoy hanging in the salt room. I have experienced amazing results from enjoying a couple of salt treatments. Plus, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. They are eager to walk new patrons through the process. I WILL be back!!!
