Breath it in is an amazing place. We love Mrs Kelly and are thankful for the business she runs. When my daycare children are snotty we make a trip to breath it in and there runny noses are gone the next day. This is a great place to go for many different reasons: seasonal allergies, asthma, stress relief and many more health related reasons. I recommend Breath it in to everyone. You will not be disappointed with your experience.

I suffer year round from allergies and multiple chemical sensitivities. I’ve been to the Salt Rooms twice now, and I’m amazed at the relief it has given me from my chronic nasal issues.
I love this place and Kelly! So helpful and whenever I need a breathing boost (I'm asthmatic) or some meditation, I head straight there! Try it - you won't be disappointed!
Definatly a therapuetic experience. having the salt pumped into the room is so much more than just a salt cave. loved it!

Very nice! Brought my kids to help relieve some of their allergy issues and it seemed to help half way into the session, next day I saw much relief from their allergies. And not only did we get just the medicinal effects from the slat room, but the kids actually enjoyed themselves and had loads of fun! Enjoyed our first visit so much I decided to buy the package to save some money on future visits! We are already planning our return! You must try it!
