Not what I was expecting. I thought the chairs would be more comfortable. Also if you don’t pick the right spot you don’t get any of the salt that’s blown in. Unfortunately I didn’t realize that until I sat up the last 10 minutes.

RecommendedI enjoyed our visit to Breathe It In Salt Rooms. The facility was very clean and the attendant was friendly, courteous and helpful. I had pneumonia in February and I have emphysema. The first thing I noticed after the treatment was the ability to breathe better, deeper, and without rattling sounds. The next thing I noticed was an increase in my energy level. I highly recommend that you give it a try! I know I’m going back!
