My daughter and I went. I was very congested and could tell a noticeable difference after. I bought more visits and will be back.
I have visited Breathe It In on 3 separate occasions and have enjoyed each and every visit. I take my children to help them with their allergies and they always enjoy playing with the beach toys in the "salt box" during the visit. If you haven't experienced the salt room and met the wonderful staff I recommend you do so. You won't be disappointed. We will definitely will be going back as I would much rather take the kids to some place fun that helps keep their head and sinus’s clear than the alternative of a doctors office.
Went today for my massage and could not have been happier. Such a relaxing place to be and an awesome massage therapist. Thanks for the awesome service! And for clearing up my sinuses!
I Started Coming With My Best Friend I Have Sinus Problems and Problems Relaxing since My Husbands Passing it's has now Turned into a Girls Day Out on Fridays. If it's just us in the room we catch up on our week if others are in the room I fall asleep was embarrassed because I snored lightly my friend said. I found out that the Salt Room helps in promoting healing and I'm having Rotator Cuff Surgery Monday and can't wait to see how well it helps heal it. I Recommend it to all my friends on Facebook. I am so grateful that central Arkansas has this wellness resource now! It has helped us through a terrible case of bronchitis, but we plan to continue our visits as part of a healthy routine. The kids room is amazing! Love it ❤️
