I had a session today to help alleviate my painful sinus infection symptoms. It was lovely! I didn't know what to expect at all. Kelly, the owner, took the time to explain everything and make sure I was comfortable. Softly lit room, zero gravity chair, soothing music, very relaxing. I didn't immediately notice a difference in my symptoms. It was about an hour after my session that I noticed I could breathe.....wasn't blowing my nose every minute.....not coughing as much....headache gone. LOVED IT!!!

As a retired RN I have been made aware of the positive health benefits from salt therapy but never did I expect to need it so badly! Developing pneumonia in both lungs following minor surgery...I decided to give it a try! The first treatment helped! After the 3rd, my Doctors were AMAZED...& in 6 days I was barely coughing...without wheezing & feeling so much better. I have taken my whole family ages 6-89...what a WONDERFUL health resource in NLR! Kelly is professional, knowledgeable & a great host to a healthier future!!!
Enjoyed my first salt therapy session. I could hear the difference in my 3 year old granddaughter's breathing. We will definitely be back.
