From the moment I walked in I was greeted by a very sweet employee. I came in with Chronic Sinus congestion. After one visit I was able to breathe a little better. My headache was gone after a few hours. I will be back & I highly recommend this place for allergy sufferers like myself.
Just did my first session at Breathe It In!! Amazing!! I can feel a difference after just one visit. I will be going back. Very relaxing and the breathing of the salt is great!! Highly recommend you try this if you have sinus, breathing and allergy issues!!
I started coming because my asthma flared up bad from bronchitis. My lungs settled down within a couple of treatment. The other benefit is how relaxing it is.

Thoroughly enjoyed my first salt therapy massage yesterday at Breathe It In. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left the staff was super friendly and very inviting. I admit I didn't know what to expect but it turned out great. The massage and salt therapy was all done at the same time so I got the benefit of both. One stop shop! I left feeling great from the massage and my sinus cavity fully open. Will be back again!
I love the salt room it has really helped me with sinus problems I've had for years and has cleared up a small patch of eczema on my leg I have every winter. I have been coming 2 weeks now and have great results. Very accommodating and nice people.
I am going to try it Its sodium, that's in my inhaler and it works so it will work too.
