I have been several time. It is always relaxing & helps me breathe better too. You should give it a try. The staff is wonderful too.
I had several employees that were sick at work with cold and head conjestion. Their productivity was low. I paid for the to visit Breathe It In. They said it was magical. The salt room was clearing him out in 3 to 5 minutes. He slept good. Sent them back them he next day for just a follow up. Productivity went up. Will use this as an employee incentive. It's a win win for them and my company.
Massage in salt room was relaxing and beneficial! Great service great atmosphere and quick response highly recommend if you haven't tried it you don't know what you are missing!

I can't say enough about how much the salt room has helped me... Skin allergies... Sinus... And mental clarity ...better sleep... I feel great after 7 visits... You will be so glad you did...
My son, 11 years old, has severe eczema. It breaks his arms and legs out, occasionally we see it on his face. After 1 session, we saw a noticeable difference in his skin. Smoother, the red bumps were going away, and he said the itch that was there was going away. After another 2-3 visits, his morning sneezes were gone and his skin looked fabulous! We love the salt room and the benefits are amazing!
