I love this place. The salt room really has helped my allergy symptoms and upper respiratory problems. It is also a great way to just sit quietly for 45 minutes and unplug from the world.
This was already a great place but now they’ve included an oxygen bar that’s amazing! Highly recommend trying

I recommend this place to anyone suffering from any sort of nasal congestion, allergies, etc! I was having headaches and a little drainage this week. I have been four times and headaches and drainage are gone! So much better than modern medicines!
I have COPD breathing in the salt makes me breathe alot easier and deeper also helps dry up congestion!!! Feel better every time!
Chris has COPD and always feels better after a session.
