RecommendedI really enjoyed it. I grew up in Florida (age 8 to 18 anyway) so it's nice to sink my feet in something like sand. it's very comfortable and soothing. My feet were very calloused beforehand and after digging my feet into the salt for a session, I got the equivalent relief of using my home foot spa with epsom salt for hours. So the salt room was very eff3in that regard, the calloused skin isn't totally gone but it's improved. So relaxing and comfortable. The guy was so nice and knowledgeable and so welcoming. The facility was so nice and warming and very clean.
Kelly was extremely friendly and accommodating. Our thirteen month old had a blast playing in the salt room like it was a giant sandbox while watching her favorite shows on Netflix. The congestion in her chest went away and my allergies even improved! My wife and I will definitely return to relax in the adult salt cave or even indulge in a message in one of the therapy rooms.
We look forward to trying the salt room on a regular basis to see if it helps us.
