We just purchased a new-to-us 2019 Keystone Outback 266RB. Absolutely love the quality and convenience of this travel trailer. The fit and finish is fantastic. There was a small issue with the *** Auto-leveling system, but, that was soon sorted out by ***. We traded in our 2018 Keystone Outback 250URS that we purchased new. WILL NOT recommend one to anyone! March 2021 we ordered out 330rl finally got delivery in June. From June to September it was under repair at the shop several times towed there at my expense!! I have documents of all 11 complaints from last year. Now starting in again this year the propane water heater did not work. No power to the unit on June 19th of this year. Could not get any assistance from the dealer whatsoever ever without towing it back. At $.5.00 a gallon its too expensive to tow it. So I tested the circuits and fo... read more

My wife and I purchased a 2022 174RK Hideout in January of 2022. We had an issue with the sofa. Keystone agreed to replace the sofa to our satisfaction. I will admit that Keystone does have some customer service issues, but after finding the right contact, it was smooth sailing. Thank you Keystone for job well done.

In ****** ** purchased a 2022 outback 291 UBH. ** have been in contact with customer service for 3-4 weeks regarding missing base trim throughout the rv except for 1 wall in bedroom Was informed that the rv does not have bottom trim. Yet it is on one wall. Hmmmmmm. There are visible staple and rough edges making the rv look unfinished. Overall rv has terrible craftsmanship. **************** is slow to respond. Not a happy camper.

We are completely frustrated with Keystones **************** or the lack thereof.We have a brand new Cougar that has defective countertops. I called and spoke with (5) different people who all promised to have someone respond with next steps and over a month later we are still in limbo. I bought a 2018 Aerolight ****bh and after 2 years both of my entry doors delaminated away from the door frame in the interior of the trailer. I took the trailer back to the where I purchased the trailer and they said the manufacturer will not cover that I must pay for it out of pocket. This is a failure of the door there is no leaks in the trailer or any other factors to caused this. Still Keystone denies the repairs. Worse trailer we ever had. Our last Keystone we had 15 years and started having water issues so we decided to purchase a brand new trailer so we could enjoy camping in my retirement. Purchased a 2022 Passport and it had numerous factory problems. Warranty and service is horrible. Water heater went out two weeks after we took it from camping world. Had to pay out of pocket to repair it warranty claim denied. $550 Theater Seating table never worked and has never been used. Warranty claim denied. Front door lock is INOP and was improperly installed at the factory. Black tank flush has never worked and has a restriction somewhere. Numerous screws are stripped from the factory. We purchased a brand new 2022 Keystone Passport 229RK in April 2022. The first time we hooked up the camper, a small electrical fire started in the back wall panel above the kitchen sink. We took the ** to the dealership on 4/26/22 and it's been there ever since. The dealership said a staple had penetrated an electrical wire during manufacturing and this caused the fire.
