I have had the most remarkable customer service experience with ************************* of Keystone. We have had 26 RVs with typical terrible customer service. She is an ****** so professional, personable, responsive and tenacious. Our problems extended over 2 years, NOT her fault. She never let go or stopped communicating until the job was done perfectly.What a beyond positive experience. Many thanks, ******!

Bought a new Montana High Country first time we use it found *************************************************************** 8 places in the shower it was 2 weeks old we asked for a new shower Keystone would not do it said that they would patch it. We purchased a new RV we did not want a patch job. Next time we used it we had an electrical shortage burnt up or new $100 coffee maker our phone charging station and fireplace could smell wires burning. We purchased a 2018 Keystone Cougar 34TSB from *************** in **. Our first trip the drain pipe in the shower was not attached. Water poured out after hooking up and testing. We were 325 miles away and Hemlock paid for a ***** repair man to fix the problem. A lot of the molding also fell off on that trip. We got back to CT, in the shop it went. A few months later had water issues where the kitchen/living room slide out was leaking when it rained. Went for service at Hemlock and they used a water hose to see if it leaked ... read more

Awning had a small tear and got that replaced with a generic awning. Looks like c*** White on white when rolled out! Keystone said that was the right part number and neglected so say they changed colors for that part number!Shocks for the bed were not mounted properly, I ended up doing that myself as all the screws fell out due to over torqueing. I bought a ******* high country it didnt come with a ladder to get into the bunks. Dealer told us it was a keystone issue. I called keystone and they said that Floor plan model didnt come with a ladder, I said so how are older kids supposed to get up without standing on the ** stand. Was told I would need to purchase a ladder. Seriously with the price of this RV they wont even supply a ladder. I will be letting everyone I know not to but a keystone made RV. So DO NOT buy a keystone.

I had to leave 1 star because I had no choice! Junk! Do not buy! The battery failed right away, microwave broke the first month, the oven door has been hanging, pieces of wallpaper have come off. We bought off the show room floor! The horrible place we bought from has RVs setting from a year ago waiting to work on them. There warranty covers nothing! The jacks have not worked right. AC quit we have owned less than a year! They will not help in anyway! I advise noone to purchase from Keystone!

I get a safety recall for Propane Regulator, Call dealership and yes we can take care of that, Bring it in, but it's on a permanent site, and I have no way of moving it.. We can send our service truck out, (it's less than 40 miles), *** it will cost you $170.00, Really!! # ***************** And there are a few other problems too..

We purchased a **** Montana 5th wheel in August 2020. Problems immediately:-"Stainless steel" kitchen sink rusted within 2 weeks. 4th sink installed December 2021 and we were told it was the last one we would get as this is the sink assigned to this unit.-The dinette slide came out on trip. Luckily we were at a Pilot and were there 3 days calling everyone. Across the street was a Motel 6 and we could park there. My husband was calling everyone from roadside assistance to Keystone. We have been trying for two plus year to get warranty work done. This last summer our camper sat six months in a shop in ** that does warranty work for keystone. Had to rent, stay with friends and family. Now again our dealer called and told us keystone failed their promises to have part delivered today. Keystone sales new campers but doesn't take care of customers that spent lots of money. $100,000.looking for others to start a lawsuit. Not allowed to leave contact info.
