I purchased a Keystone Springdale 1740RK from ******************** on March 30, 2021 in *****, *****. The camper sat in our back yard until July 30th. With grandkids coming over, the wife and I decided to get the ****** bed made up. Upon dropping the ****** bed we found the mattress had a water stain. I also have pictures of the roof area prior to delivery to the ******** rv for warranty work. No evidence of foot prints. After I picked up the trailer there were foot prints everywhere on the roof.

I bought a 2017 Bullet brand new used at most 16 times, Found a soft spot in the floor along the wall. Called my dealer told them. They told me Keystone has a problem with the Beltline molding and causing floor to rot. keystone up the warranty to 3 yrs and fixed thousands of campers and fixed one 50 serial numbers away from mine. But due the fact I didn't find mine until after the three years due lack of use I was denied. I was told notices were given but I was missed so I can pretty much stick this in my ***

Extremely Poor Quality. I have contacted Keystone customer service as well as sent certified registered mail to include pictures of my 40ft 5th wheel purchased in 2018 that is falling apart. The only reply I have received is "im sorry your coach is out of warranty" Really?? The coating on the stairs is peeling, the wood is cheap and falling apart. My husband and I take pristine care of our **. My 2007 was in better shape when sold to the new owner than this one is after 2 1/2 years. I have to purchase new stairs in order to ... read more

I had the pleasure of working with ************************* at Keystone **************** in regard to some repairs that needed to be done on my new RV. I really felt like **************** went out of her way to assist me and all the while talking to me like I was an old friend. the warranty is worthless! you only get the runaround. the dealers are also in on it. not worthy of a star.

Me and my husband purchased a brand new never used keystone camper in March of 2020. They were aware of the water damage that it already had prior to us buying. The unit got send back to IN. In November took us til April to get the unit back with more problems thats it was sent with. In return they were suppose to pay our monthly payments. Here it is 4 months later and we only received not even a third of what was promised. I will never not will I ever recommend anyone to get a cheap made keystone camper.

I purchased a Keystone Alpine 3650RL two months ago the dealership had to fasten the upper trim back to the wall, and now the backsplash behind the stove has separated from the wall, the key tumbler came out with the key and the TV does not work. All I got from Keystone is I would have to take it back to the dealer or pay to have the repairs by a mobile repair service and get reimbursed. The dealer is booking into September (******* ******) with on reimbursement to me for my troubles to transport to the dealer. As a customer... read more

Be warned! I bought the 240URS Outback camper new, in the fall of 2019, so I wouldn't have to deal with someone else unseen problems and wanted a warranty. I liked the floor plan of this toy hauler and being that Keystone has been around for a long time I expected quality and customer satisfaction as they claim. I was wrong! 5 months after the 12 month warr. expired I noticed the wallpaper beneath the table side window peeling from the wall. It was obvious this was due to a window seal leak.
