I bought new a Keystone passport 2400bh in 2018. So far I've had to replace the hot water tank controls, Water pump, Front door lock assembly, Awning motor assembly. The worst part about this trailer is by the second year the front cap on the outside front of the camper is extremely faded and you can see the fiberglass in the finish in other words the front of the trailer is complete junk. My 2019 Keystone Alpine has been a nightmare. It was a dream for my wife and I to have a fifth wheel for our retirement, and purchased a Keystone Alpine. We purchased Keystone because of the excellent service and enjoyment we got from our Keystone Copper Canyon. The Alpine is definitely a dream, and the dream is definitely a nightmare. Worst pile of junk rain comes in from every where even the roof outlets. Brand new pile of junk. Do not buy anything from them. Fridge is junk leveling kit is junk according cuts in and out. Worst thing I've ever seen

Spent alot of money purchasing a beautiful travel trailer keystone cougar and have had nothing but issues getting things replaced with out an additional cost to us. We had to replace the inside skylight piece ourselves pay, for fridge handles, mattress that they expect us to purchase and then reimburse us or pay for shipping and crating, and now a recall on the outside skylight that they will.not cover for on sight service because we were never offered it at the time and are not willing to spend anymore money. Regret buying a cougar trailer from the company. Buyer beware!!!! Bought a 30 RKS. Traded our first trailer in for this one and it has been nothing but issues. Now it seem like the floor is separating from the wall or it is a structural issue. And because we put an aluminum lock box for the batteries on the front that weighs less than 50 pounds, this has nulled our warranty with them. We were told any modifications nulls the warranty so now we are out a trailer. We have RV technicians say it has nothing to do with the box on... read more

Very Very disappointed with this keystone product and customer service. I Purchased a 2021 Keystone Sprinter Campfire 27ML and have had nothing but problems. Day one the Electrical converter went out and the unit lost power. Keystone basically told me I was on my own , they do not have any kind of mobile support contract and that I could get it fixed and submit a claim they would review to see if they would even cover it. Very disappointed with the quality and service of my 2021 Keystone Premier. If I could get a do-over, I wouldn’t have bought this RV. I have had several issues, but the one that works me the most was the mounting hardware for the recliners in the slide out. Screws installed are to long and gouged my linoleum floor. I’m having a hard time with the dealer getting this repaired. It was (apparently) repaired and was told that rocks had gotten underneath the slide out and caused these deep gouges. I have a 2019 hideout. Very well taken care of unit, but the slideout pours water into the living room when retracted. Called **** **in ******, ********; 3 month waiting list to get the camper in to be fixed. Best explanation I got was that the slide out is going to do that unless I sweep it off before retracting. That would be easy if the unit was equipped with a ladder. Very disappointed with the warranty, quality, and especially the service department where I bought it.
