Ii regret purchasing a keystone Aspen trail camper I have a serious manufacturing defect slide out water leaking in under dinette seat ,mold rotting wood this problem has obviously been happening for a long time and we didn't notice it was leaking until August ************************************************* the slide out and keystone is rejected warrenty due to not having inspection records for caulking??? Really s***** company

Purchased a brand new Keystone Passport GT in September of 2020. I contacted Keystone this past summer because our slide ripped our vinyl floor after using the travel trailer twice. I was told that our slide probably needed adjusting and that was not covered?? I was told to take into the dealer where we purchased it to have them check it. I could not get in for over 3 months. I called back and was told my warranty expired two weeks prior and they had no notes that I had called previously?! He suggested I still take it in sin... read more

We will never buy another keystone product. We had so many issues. The skylight in the bathroom over the shower cracked and was leaking water. We paid extra for automatic levels, it took 3 times before it was fixed. They had to replace the tv. The 1st time out the refrigerator/freezer quit working. The kitchen sink was leaking. We have the trailer for a year, now the microwave does not work. Ugh. We had the unit in the shop more than we used it. I suggest not to buy.

100% would not recommend. We purchased a 2021 Keystone Fusion 419 in April of this year. The fuel pump has never worked, the a/c unit in the garage worked for maybe a month, the shower has leaked since day one, the backsplash in the kitchen is not even attached to the wall, the garage "sliding doors" are absolute trash and have been used maybe twice.....the bolts fell out the second time we opened the door, there has been a consistent gas leak, the refrigerator door will not latch, water has leaked from slides on three separ... read more

I have a 2021 Keystone Passport GT 2400RB. It's a piece of JUNK. I have made five or six 300 mile round trips to have my camper worked on. Fridge door warped. Cabinet door warped. Big chunk of plywood was missing from the end of the bed and splintered out. Someone took a new bed out of another camper and replaced it with a used one that was ripped on the bottom, Stabilizer jacks only worked on one side. Top of shower door was broken. Absolute ZERO customer service.We own a ********************** RV that has been sitting in storage for four years. We only used the unit 7 times on long weekends and a one week vacation. Unfortunately fo us, the dealership we purchased the rv from declared bankruptcy eight months after we had possession of it. They had a long list of issues approved by Keystone that was never executed. With that came a surprise, no other dealer would fix our rv since we did not buy it from them. DO NOT BUY A KEYSTONE. To start my wife and I bought a Keystone Laredo travel Trailer around July of 2020 brand new. When we bought it there was a list of things that needed to be fixed on the trailer mainly cosmetic. This work took almost a year to complete due to they could not get the part in. But besides that there has not been one time that we have gone camping that something has not broken. We have had a roof leak and bobbling on the roof from day one. Keystone RV has the worst quality control I have ever seen. I spent over 100k on a 2021 fusion and it is loaded with problems, brand new. I purchased it the last week of August, used it that weekend, and still do not have it back as of November 6. I have previously purchased two other fifth wheel units from them and did not have any such problems. This is why I bought this unit. BUYER BEWARE, YOU WILL NOT GET CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THIS **********************. I WOULD LOOK ELSEWHERE.

I purchased a new Cougar half ton from ************ in April. Our first trip in May the furnace did not work and bathroom faucet was spitting air out. We called Lakeshore as soon as we got home. They took trailer in and stated it was fixed. We again went camping and no furnace and faucet still full of air. Took trailer back and was told they needed to order new furnace and faucet. Now it is November. No furnace. No faucet. Lakeshore says they have called Keystone with no response. Now how can I get it fixed and a new warrant... read more
