We purchased our Crossroads Volante from Camping World 04/2021 in ******, Illinois. We have only camped once, but that experience was horrible. There are multiple issues with this camper to include leaks. Very disappointed and unacceptable for spending at least $40,000 for a BRAND NEW camper. My question is who monitors quality control? I bought a brand new 2020 Keystone (dutchman) Aspen Trail, I have used this 4 times. Now currently at the dealership due to leaking. The water is coming in the electrical outlets, there is soft spots, warping and MOLD EVERYWHERE! I have a claim going with Keystone and working with a manager. But nothing is still being done. In November 2019, I purchased a 2020 Keystone Cougar 361RLW from Camping World, ********** * *** I have had nothing but problems since the purchase. First the rear awning (which has a smart arm) only worked for about 3 months, then the furnace quit working and no one would work on it. Then the front awning, also a Smart arm system started having a mind of it's own. Sometimes it wil work from the inside control panel and sometimes you need to control it outside. We purchased a 2018 Montana High Country Feb 2 2018.It has been a horrible ordeal from day one.Leaking roof right away,which supposedly was fixed more than once.Continually an issue !This 5th wheel spent more time at camping world the first 2 years,than with us.Needless to say no trips for us.It is n repairs now for slide issues.Worst purchase ever.

My advise is JUST DON'T! You will notice that all of the responses from Keystone are a canned statement of "we are sorry". They are not sorry, in fact quite the opposite. They are very happy on the way to the bank with your coin. You will be the sorry one as I am right now. I purchased a unit in the high end of the product lineup. If this is considered top of the line I truly feel for the person who purchased from the lower end of the Keystone line. 2021 Keystone ******....We bought this trailer brand new. It has been one thing after another. My breaking point with this trailer came after the jacks were less than half extended, broke! Manufacturer said it was our fault. Refuses to replace at their expense even if we do the work. We have lived in a trailer for almost 10 yrs. Saved to pay cash for a new one, with the winter pack and automatic jacks. Disappointing to say the least..... We have a unit that is only three years old. The entire side of one slide is disconnecting at the corner because of poor craftsmanship that caused the screws to pull through the metal lip of the siding. Keystone refuses to try to make things right. Regardless of warranty, a company should care about the safety and satisfaction of their customers - clearly Keystone does not. I see the lengthy pattern here. We purchased our first (and last) keystone RV in April 2020. Our Outback 335CG has been in the shop most of 1 year warranty period. From day one, the garage door would not fully close due to poor manufacturing and obviously no Quality Control.
