Keystone has mislead the public with its Artic Package on their RV products. They claim you can use this rv in cold weather, but it did not add any insulation to the interior to compensate for the cold. Their artic package is just additional tank heaters for water and sewer tanks, so they won't freeze. It is advertised you can use the rv in cold weather fulltime, you can but you will freeze, as you are able to feel the air coming in around the windows and the interior walls being cold. I would never buy another keystone We live in the northern states we bought a brand new 2016 at the end of 2016 and only use it 4 or 5 times a year and the slide broke. I looked into it and it's a known issue with these slides that the gear box fails. And wouldn't you know it keystone wants no interest in helping at least with the part. So I will have no interest in ever buying another one from them.

Well after owning our 2017 Keystone Outback 322bh. Found out that the tub drain has been leaking on top of the gray tank and now the floor is soft. The dealer *** ** ******* ** ****** **isn’t helpful and I would never recommend them. The service is awful. Keystone won’t do anything and the dealer said the extend warranty doesn’t cover it, the extended warranty that they talked me into buying so that i would have no worries. Purchased Cougar 5th wheel July 2018. A different dealer filled my water tank and called to tell me I had a couple of drastic problems. During installation, the screws that were used had punctured holes in the water container. My first trip out, most of the water leaked out. Also, one of the triple slideouts had a frayed cable making it impossible to chance sliding it out. Manufacturer quality control is seriously inefficient. Call to get an issue resolved about a camper that I bought that has been in the shop for eight months out of the last year. Had an employee that would not help me when asked to talk to his supervisor he refused to connect me any supervisor there and now has all the other employees when I call transfer me to him instead. They are also telling me now that they are not responsible for problems that came from the factory even after there specialists they sent out to the camper to go over it admitted it was there fault.

We purchased a new 2018 24ft Cougar trailer in September 2017. From the beginning we have experienced numerous problems with the quality of the construction. It started with the main window next to the dinette was leaking. We were told by the dealer that the hole for the window was cut an inch and a half larger than the window!
