We purchased a Montana RV in 2011 to travel in our retirement. This was our dream. Every year another system/component failed to this point in 2017 where everything is broke. Year 2 and every year after we had a refrigerator fail and poured money into fixing it. This was extremely distressing in another state on our dream trip. The furnace never worked correctly and when we took it in, they said it was fine. The propane delivery system failed, the air conditioner never worked correctly, even the toilet failed. Last year I purchased a 2014 bullet premier 22 ft. I like it but it does have several issues that should be addressed. The brown cap will haze no exceptions. It will if it hasn't already. Keystone says it is a maintenance issue because it is fiberglass . Just try and tell that to any Corvette owner. The second issue is even more important as it has to do with the cable slide system. Even though it is praise as being a wonderful system it has one major flaw. The cable blocks must be tight enough that they will stay vertical w... read more
when you pay this much for a rv you expect the best first year had the roof repaired then the ac and now all four tires replaced I will not ever bye a key stone agen
We purchased a new Dutchmen Voltage fifth wheel trailer the end of 2013, and we have had nothing but major problems with it since. The first time we were able to actually use the trailer was 2014, because it was in the shop for an extensive period of time right after we took possession of it. We have a folder that is so full of repair receipts that we had to buy a huge notebook to put them in. We have paid almost $8000 out of pocket which should have been covered under warranty. It has spent more time in the repair shop than... read more
We have a 2015 Passport 2920 BH that is just two years old the front of the camper has sunk in places and wrinkled places and delamination this camper has done this sitting in the yard. We take care of our camper it is washed and waxed and checked for leaks. Keystone will not fix the camper. This is our second Passport from them. The first one fell completely apart they replaced it with this 2015 and it is doing the same thing. Stay away from keystone campers! We will be buying a fifth wheel later but it will not be a keysto... read more
Bought a 2017 Keystone Montana. TPO roof is separating the entire width of the trailer in several areas. 34 square feet is separating from the roof deck, Keystone says that's cosmetic. Trailer is 3 months old (to me)..Camping world was just as shocked as me when Keystone denied a repair (A new roof according to the techs at camping world) told me this is normal. Went on top of other new Montana 5th wheel trailers, and this issue was not there. These roofs were secured to the roof deck properly. I believe Keystone is hoping I... read more
The worst company and 5th wheel trailer I've ever owned and we bought it brand new. Keystone RV will not call back to help resolve any issues nor will the dealer we bought it from. Worst mistake ever.
Bought a High Country 5th wheel in March of 2016. Nothing but problems since literally the day I got it home. Not enough room to wite about all the problems I have had both with the dealer and Keystone. Head of Owner Relations, Sasha R*****, will not even talk to me, refuses to take my call. Horrible company and service. If your in the Southern California area stay away from Holland RV, they're worse
I bought a brand new Keystone Avalanche in July of 2014, and was able to use it for less than a month before having to bring it 250 miles to the nearest dealer for extensive repairs. The repair shop Camping world of Lubbock TX screwed me around for over a full year before finally advising me that they would not do any further work on it. Keystone advised me to bring it back to my nearest dealer where I live and start over. I had to transport the unit 2000 miles back home and it has been brought back to the factory in Pendlet... read more
