Unbelievable......this company is a joke. We purchased a brand new unit and had issues from day one. They ask you to fill out a survey. Boy did I, finally got a response from some half wit “Customer Service Rep” 3 weeks of constant badgering and nothing. This company is a complete waste. Go somewhere else, I hope this reaches enough people to keep them from buying. I’ve already talked 4 co-workers and 1 family member into buying another brand. Total GARBAGE!

I WAS an ardent fan of the Keystone Montana and previously owned a 2002 and a 2013. Sep 2018, we purchased a 2019 3130RE, a 20th Anniversary edition special. On first trip; a dining room table which hangs out from and cannot be made level. Give me back the real wood free standing table please! Multiple day night pull down shades are cheap garbage, which tear while travelling even when rolled up. I miss the old quality cellular shades. We have a 2018 keystone lite bullet pull behind. How in the ****can a converter be no good in just a short time. Well ours went out on us now we have to wait for the part. Trailer has been sitting for a full week with no power. We also found out the furnace had a loose wire no heat blowing out air conditioner ran constantly.

There should be a button for 0 stars. We purchased our Fifth Wheel November 2018 not even six months ago. I’ve been in contact with both the manufacturer and camping world in Roanoke. Customer service at Keystone and Camping World in Roanoke are rude and not helpful to say the least. I had to bring it from our campsite to Camping World In Roanoke (45 minute drive)TWICE. I would not even give Keystone 1 star, except I had to in order to leave this review. I have an RV that is literally falling apart, and after they opened up the sides to take a look, we discovered that they walls were not properly lagged down, the floor was not properly lagged down, and the wires were not properly/safely installed. How is it possible that they could be so negligent and still sell a product that someone is going to take on the road and sleep in? I wish I could leave ZERO stars because THAT is what they deserve. Keystone is possibly the worst RV company ON THE PLANET !!! They make big mistakes at the factory and WILL NOT stand behind their products. They told me there was no wood in the rear wall of my 2014 Sprinter 5th wheel, only metal supports. A BALD FACED LIE !!! They installed the rubber roof incorrectly at the factory which resulted in water getting into the wall and over time rotting all the WOOD SUPPORTS , and then the wall falls off !!! I called customer service a year ago regarding an issue with our new camper. Customer Service took my phone number and stated I would get a return call. Hey, Keystone I'm still waiting. Your customer service SUCKS. Keystone doesn't deserve any stars. THEY DON"T CARE. We have issues now with our camper less than 1-year-old and Walnut Ridge where we purchased camper could care less. I'm only giving 1 star because I have too. YOU DESERVE 0!

I wish I could give Keystone negative stars! We bought a brand new Bullet in June of 2018. By August of 2018, we had so many problems that according to Camping World, where we purchased the unit and where the repairs have to be made, Keystone was considering replacing the whole unit. There was a manufacturing defect that caused a leak on the top of the unit that allowed rain to permeate into the entire structure of the unit. It had to be taken apart and rebuilt. Keystone gets zero stars from us. We are going to lose at least $15,000 on it when we get a real RV. Save your money folks and do your research. This company ***** and should be put out of business.
