Two brand new trailers and both fell apart! Put in warranty claims and was tossed to the side for so long by Islander RV, now that Islander RV closed down, Keystone will not do anything for us because the warranty on the trailer is out of date. We bought a 2019 Keystone Passport in the spring after looking at many other options. We made us choose the Keystone over all the other options was the 10’8’’ height specifications. Which we confirmed with the dealer, in the sales pamphlet, and on the Keystone website. Imagine our surprise when we got it home and it wouldn’t fit through our 11 foot door! I own a keystone avalanche and instead of a lengthy story I will cut to the chase. My camper has a super slide passenger side day of pickup from dealer had issues so after 3 years and being at authorized dealer 13 time the problem was solved. Keystone says the slide should have 2.5 inches around the slide for proper adjustments guess what mine only has 1.75 inches around it and that’s why it can’t be adjusted and has ripped the rubber roof off the slide. I have purchased the Colt by Bullet Keystone RV Company Model 171RKCT travel trailer. Please be aware that their advertised specifications do not match with an actual RV. This particular model does not have any options for Exterior features. Their specifications & features shows "Seamless fiberglass roof". We purchased our Bullet Ultra Lite 207RBS in 2014. We have had a few things in the RV that have not held up well such as the paneling. It comes loose because the staples used does not keep it secured. We were also told that the roof was not properly fasten down. We have taken our unit to TIARA RV in Elkhart for maintance. They took pictures of the roof and Keystone said just keep an eye on it. This past Sept. we took our RV to Tiara to make sure everything was good before leaving on our winter trip out west. Would have left a zero, but had to leave one star. Bouggt a 2016 Keystone Springdale 3 months ago and its the worst trailer I have ever owned! In three months, three days after I bought it the roof needed sealed on both side, handles have broken off, screws, bed broke, fan in the bathroom and oven hood broke, oven gas burners have fallen out, fridge will not work on gas, the propane regulater had to be replaced and the line was leaking! We should have done more research on travel trailers. We purchased a new Cougar travel trailer by Keystone RV Company In 2017 after attending a RV Show here in Wisconsin. We Loved The Floor Plan. Well this Travel Trailer has been giving us nothing but trouble ever since we took delivery on it. Water leaks from plumbing. City water connection leak, outdoor shower leak, toilet leak. Had some issues with my trailer Britney with customer service was a huge help answering my email when I was able to talk with Cory from management we had a solution for my issues, looking forward to using our trailer this summer hopefully getting more time with it! I would also like to say 2 winters having it storage outside when opening it, not a single dead bug or traces of mice. Very happy about that.

I bought new and own a 2018 Springdale Mini ( has 3 year structural warrantee} the roof has many defects, roof staples (approximately 9) starting to protrude through the roof's membrane (1 you can feel by verily rubbing your finger across the membrane) as well as the roofs sheading has separated and has a spot pushed up about an 1/2 inch, all this will cause a large loss in the future.
