I purchased a 2020 Aspen Trail LE travel trailer in March right before Covert got going. After one trip we found out that the siding was coming off. Of course I was very upset. The dealer where we got the camper from had closed down because of the virus. So we contacted Keystone. We got in contact with Alisha by email and told her what had happened. We purchased our 2020 Raptor toy hauler in September of 2019 and had problems from the very beginning. When we were on our way home from ******** **in Troy, OH we discovered a broken cable on our large slide out, and *******t had to have known about it and the fireplace didn't work, so in short we had to have it fixed when we got home. Purchased a new 2019 keystone Fuzion 369 July of last year $70,000. I had one day to go get it. I drove 8hrs to Oregon. Paperwork, walk-through, 8hrs home. Owning a keystone rv makes one give up on the rv life. Keystone absolutely sucks in quality, warranty and overall product. All complaints should be part of a class action lawsuit and end the horrible saga of this crap keystone manufacturers.

Been having problems with my 2020 30ripr camper. My A/C went out the first year of owning this camper and I have jumped through hoops sending keystone invoice on repair and responded to every email the sent us. Now after installation is done they dont want to pay in full minus 2 hours of labor Confirmed by Darsey L***** the customer support manager with keystone. Purchased a 2019 camper in Summer 2019. Found the floor to be soft shortly after using, main toilet leaked, shower leaked. All things that shouldn't be wrong with a BRAND NEW CAMPER! After months of going back to dealer to fix, them sending it back to the manufacturer, it was found to have a "void in the seal" and water had been leaking into the camper from day 1. I outright bought a brand new 2019 Crossroads Zinger 280RK in January of 2019 from a local dealership with the intention of full time camping. After a few months, my flooring became too soft to walk on. After months of runaround from both the dealership and Keystone, Keystone finally picked my unit up for repairs. We will NEVER purchase another KEYSTONE product! Purchased a 2016 Montana Front Living Fifth Wheel Camper in Feb 2016. Water heater was installed incorrectly which caused our floor to rot and several thousands of dollars in damage. Took our camper to Camping World to have it looked at and they are the ones that informed us that the water heater was installed improperly from the manufacturer(KEYSTONE). Our RV has been sitting in the shop at ******* ** in *** ******Utah since Oct. 5. It is a brand new coach. We tried to work with Keystone RV to get it fixed. They offered a small "good will" gesture that I felt was not equal to the many trips we have had to cancel. I posted on the Keystone RV fb page my frustration. In response they said I had to remove the post or they would rescind the "good will" gesture. Don't customers have the right to express dissatisfaction? Forcing someone to be silent is appalling.
