I find it mind blowing that this company has an a rating of A+ They say they stand behind their product and if you search any reviews the bad out ways the good in monumental numbers I am so disappointed in Keystone They have proof that the flaking on my RV is a defect and refuse to do anything I asked for a supervisor to contact me and the person on the phone from customer service was snippy and said she would put in a request but wouldn't guarantee a response(which I have not gotten). I purchased a 2014 premier Bullet in Canada and in the 3 years I have had it the front cap has faded from brown to grey extremely bad. Keystone RV says the only have the 1 year warranty and gave me a website to purchase over $100.00 dollars worth of products that after I reviewed found out does not work and is extremely hard to remove to properly fix the problem. I could not be more disappointed with our purchase of our keystone rv. After having the unit for less than 1 year, they grey tank fell out of the unit while it was parked in the yard. We were told this wasn't uncommon but usually happens while driving down the road ?? But the unit was less than a year old and should be no problem getting repaired under warranty. I do not recommend the purchase of an RV from Keystone. We purchased a brand new 2017 and have had over 17 repair items. The window seals were leaking, they did not put the some of the screws in when installing the air conditioner so that leaked, the main water intake was put in incorrectly so we had massive water damage that required replacing the wood frame under the bed. While they approved the repairs, we never should have had these issues to begin with!!!
We purchased a 2017 Keystone Sprinter May 2, 2017. The trailer has had several issue with the trailer included it shaking badly when you walk through it. We contact Keystone and Lippert (LCI). LCI manufactures the landing system and their OEM states it should be a 6 point system. Keystone installed a 4 point system and refuses to correct their design issue. We even provided them with the OEM that clearly states it should be a 6 point system.
Don't buy Keystone products, they don't honer their warrantes when they manufacture a defective product. Sprinter Campfire 260 RB 2017 very shoddy workmanship.
Purchased brand new 2014 Alpine 5th Wheel, nothing but problems, they do not stand behind their mfg process. We have staples coming up from the roof, obvious mfg defect, Dealer acknowledges it, they will not repair their idea of a fix is to put something covering the staples. There are literally 30-40 down the sides. Leak which has existed since day one, never resolved, auto level has failed multiple times, no standing behind the warranty. They basically do not care how much you pay and what they promised. BUYER BEWARE
With all the complaints against Keystone/Thor as a consumer, their follow up to resolve issues are a lot to be desired. A customer oriented business like this, you would think they would show the initiative to keep the owners completely satisfied !!!
We purchased our second keystone raptor 09/2016 brand new. Our preclude one was 2010 model, the only redone we got rid of it was because our garage was to small for the new toys. Onto the review for our 352TS. I love this trailer. The rv king bed is one of my favorite features, my kids always seem to end up in my bed. There is plenty of storage, I do wish that rv companies would put more shelving in all units but there are easy modifications that were able to do.
