I think if you buy a keystone you better hire yourself a lawyer because your going to need one, to try to get your money back! We bought a 2017 Springdale 303 BHK. Horrible trailer, 2018 Montana 5th Wheel. Quality is terrible, staples used through out unit, on drawer bottoms so weight pushing staples out not even glued, wood trim falling off walls and cabinets, materials are just pictures on wood showing all dings. 800lb drawer slide stops were in stalled with aluminum rivets shred off the first time I got it home dropped the drawer on the ground! This company posts on their website that they inspect every camper for quality assurance before it leaves their lot. Unlike other manufacturers that randomly check for inspection. We purchased a Triton Fifth Wheel earlier this year. During the delivery inspection we found issues with the tail gate system - the gate railings were installed wrong causing the gate to hang too low causing the railing system to not latch properly. We purchased a Keystone camp trailer in January of 2017. We really like our trailer, but my issue is one of safety, and the way Keystone is, or I should say isn’t, handling it. We went camping mid July this year (2018)- It was the first time we used the propane water heater. After the first night, the water was not hot. When I opened the water heater door I found a folded paper that had caught fire and burned several wires. Keystone and Redwood 5th wheel nightmares. Never ending.
I purchased a 2017 Keystone toy hauler new and have nothing but problems with the workmanship of this product. The fiberglass nose cap was not installed correct and they forgot to put the radiuses in the nose cap where it met the roof causing it to widow peak and warp the fiberglass. The flooring buckled and warped. The paint on the rear of the trailer bubbled because the metal was not prepped right before painting it. This is just to name a few problems. 2017 Keystone 25RK Sprinter CampFire Camper is less than 2 years old and the shower floor cracked near the drain. Keystone said is works as designed, which it has support on the outer edges and at the drain but not in between, which is why it cracked from stress. Dealer and mechanics all stated it is a design flaw, but Keystone denied claim. When I called them they stated it is built as designed and gave no other consideration. DO NOT BUY!
I have a 2015 keystone bullet. I have not had it a full 3 years and the roof is already soft and coming apart where the front wall meets the roof. The crappy unit supposedly has a 1 year warranty which is extremely poor for such a junky piece of Travel trailer junk. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
