I am extremely displeased with The 2024 Keystone Montana 381TB. There were some issued before we took delivery, some were adressed, some were not, some we found after we got it set up and moved in. When placing the vent covers on the vents, I discovered the slide roof seals were too short and did not touch the roof of the slides in several places, leaving gaps for wind and water to come under the seals.within the 2nd month the toilet seals gave out and will no longer hold water in the toilets.The slide outs need to be adjust... read more
We purchased a new 2023 45 Keystone Redwood 5th wheel over a year ago. Since the day we got it and attempted to level, we have had nothing but problems, over 30 to list. It has less than 200 miles only from taking back and forth to RV dealership for issues. Keystone refuses to acknowledge the twisted/broken frame as a cause of other issues. We have had issues with the Keystone RV 2023 High Country 381TB, we purchased less than a year ago- almost every month since purchasing. They will not return phone calls or emails. If I am lucky enough to get someone, they pass me along to a service machine, and yet the cycle of never receiving a call back continues. The wait is causing undue damage to our RV, that will ultimately cause it to fall apart. I am gravely disappointed it the service department and company of Keystone.
Have a 2018 Premier which has experienced Vinyl flooring cold cracking issue. The flooring people and Keystone won't acknowledge this issue and say it was caused by something under the slide. It was in winter storage at the time when the floor failed. Would not recommend this RV manufacturer as they don't seem to stand behind the product they fabricate.
Slide leaks ruined linoleum keystone won't replace. Still leaking also. Worst experience ever!
I am new to camper trailers, and the 2024 Keystone Passport 190RD is my first-ever trailer. My excitement quickly turned to worry and disappointment after my first three-night trip. We purchased a brand new 2023 High Country 381TB. Was so excited to get it Jan 11, 2024. It has been in the shop a total of 3 times for 98 days of the 171 days we have owned it. We regret buying it as we have used it a total of 10 days and whoever built this trailer at Keystone did a really bad job building it as everything that is wrong with it so far is do to manufacture. I am totally exhausted from continuously being on the phone and emailing trying to get an answer on if/when I will be able to plan my next trips. We have a long list of things wrong with our brand new camper, as well as things just all around low quality. I loved the layout of our fifth wheel, but its honestly the terrible customer service that makes me want to get rid of this unit ASAP.
