I am totally exhausted from continuously being on the phone and emailing trying to get an answer on if/when I will be able to plan my next trips. We have a long list of things wrong with our brand new camper, as well as things just all around low quality. I loved the layout of our fifth wheel, but its honestly the terrible customer service that makes me want to get rid of this unit ASAP. Absolutely worst camper I have ever bought. I highly recommend never buying another keystone.... started off brand new last January and first spring came and wanted to use it but noticed leaked water in the front all over the closet and floor in bedroom, doors weren't aligned trims falling off another leak over the kitchen slide out and I couldn't even lock my camper because the lock didn't line up. Terrible customer service. I really wish I had checked this page before we bought ours. Bought a brand new off the lot 2023 ******************** in January its been in the shop 2x already this last time has been for a month now. It was poorly built and the bedroom slide leaks and a whole entire list of issues. I will do whatever I can to make people are aware that keystone is a terrible company and not to buy their products. Yes, Keystone RV's have poor quality and construction. I purchased a new 2021 Alpine 3790FK and have had nothing but problems. I just hate it. The air conditioning keeps stopping, the kitchen lights don't work sometimes, the fire place quit working. Keystone customer service is no help, warranty work is a big joke. Do your due diligence and shop more. There are better RV's and I am trading mine in as soon as I can.
Worst customer service ever! Brand new trailer, still inside our 1 year warranty and they can't fix the problem. No bathroom lights or fan, no push lights working. Every time we use the slide unit has to go back in for repair. Keystone will do nothing! Do not waste your money.
My Keystone Arcadia is 13 months old and has been nothing but a headache. Its currently raining and water is coming in from the top and bottom of the kitchen window. The entire kitchen slide is a lake under all of the appliances. These RVs are complete junk. When you call their customer relations number youll get no help. These people could care less about the junk they sell. I know all RVs are built poorly, but save yourself a lot of heartache and dont buy a Keystone.
The lights get hot, the little round ones in the ceiling. A light cover fell off yesterday and burned my arm, this is not safe.
We bought a new 2022 Keystone SL Series Passport 229RK last year. We got a good deal on it. The 2 biggest issues are with the storage for the black/gray drain hose. It is only 3 ft in length which does not allow storage of the hose. Not sure why they even have it. Keystone offered no resolve. Second, the unit does not have a rear bumper. We were stupid to overlook these things. There are clothing cabinets on each side of the bed which have sharp edges where we cut are arms on.
