Verified Renter The apartments are beautiful. The amenities are great. The view is great! The location is great. The walls are thin unfortunately. Most of the staff is great but honestly, I’m disappointed because the mail room is horrible beyond unprofessional and there’s rats coming in the parking lot that could be an easy fix if they cover up where they’re coming in on the first floor by the entrance by the door and the trashcan and the parking situation is such an inconvenience no one should have to walk miles or take Ube... read more

Verified Renter Everybody was so kind and patient. Shoutout to Jason for being patient with me regarding the computer. I love that the apartment is so clean and the grounds are clean and pretty. We are looking forward to our new apartment
Verified Renter Rebecca is great, the Annaline is not. The neighborhood is loud with music at all hours and potential gun shots or fireworks. The floors of the above units are paper thin and every slight noise/step can be heard. The grounds are littered with trash. The “renovations” are landlord specials, cover ups of other problems, look cheap, aren’t done to completion and are low quality.
