Verified Renter Great location. Very nice tenants. Apartment is nice but could have a more spacious kitchen, less dining room space. Shower stall in the primary bath. Elevators are extremely old/outdated, constantly broken and need replaced.

Verified Renter From the first day I walked into Citrine Hills for a tour, the staff was welcoming and willing to show me a model. They were upfront about all the financials and process regarding my unit of interest. I haven't lived in an apartment in over 25 years. Due to recent life changes, I found myself here at the Citrine Apartments and I "feel at home". I was also gifted Starbuck's cards on my move-in day. Love it! :-)

Verified Renter It is a very nice, pretty place, but sound travels very far and it doesn't feel very private. Parking is quite frustrating - if you have to leave for any reason, do not expect to get your spot back.

Verified Renter Brackett community is a good place to live in. The amenities are well maintained and I enjoyed most of it. But, I feel it's getting a bit pricy these times.

This was purely an accident as things just happen and of no negligence of our leasing and maintenance team. Their response was impeccable from start to finish! I called maintenance and left a message about the standing water in my kitchen and laundry room.
