Verified Renter Neighborhood is safe and close to grocery stores and Costco. The amenities are alright my kids love the pool when it’s in season. The apartment complex is ok, it’s not the nicest. It’s affordable in Edmonds. It’s close to the Edmonds/Kingston ferry.

Verified Renter For the most part my experience living at the Elle has been a blessing. I LOVE the view & The building is beautiful & amenities are awesome! The staff is very nice & helpful. How ever, a few things I can't stand, that make me discourage about living here long term. 1 the walls are way too thin. It's ok occasionally to hear neighbors, I understand we are in an apartment but for a luxury apartment they shouldn't be so cheap & build the walls so thin. Verified Renter I’ve been here for a little over a year and all I can say is I LOVE IT!!! As far as my building go we have no problems over here at all! Maintenance always come and never any issues. We may experience power outages here and there but the complex will inform you sometimes. The gym equipment needs to be fixed or maybe new equipment. We need more dumpsters because only having 1 is a problem but valet service do come everyday to pickup the trash. It’s just only having 1 dumpster makes the complex look dirty.
