Verified Renter Staff is all super friendly and the area is beautiful! The complex is quiet and there are tons of amenities. The dog grooming area, dog park and community garden are major highlights! Excited to use the pool and grill this summer!

Decent but not worth the money Your experience largely depends on where on the property you end up. If you’re downstairs and your upstairs neighbors have kids, it’s going to be very loud. Our upstairs neighbors have wood laminate flooring so it echoes really loud. I imagine those that still have carpet are better at dulling the sound. Our apartment developed black mold and their solution was to spray bleach and paint over it.
