Verified Renter Great place to live. Everyone is super friendly. Recent renovations make everything look brand new inside. However, black mold is a problem here and an inconvenience, we spend a lot of time cleaning around the windows.

Would not recommend My boyfriend and I lived here for a few months at the end of 2015 while we waited to close on our house. It was only place that would accept our Dog in the area so despite the bad reviews we had to do it. This property is trying to revamp (aesthetically) but completely misses the boat with quality and customer service. I'm sorry for the delay in my response, I saw that you posted this review on another website, and I am not sure which one you are going to check so here is my response again: I’m sorry that you had a negative experience here at Firdale Village! Like you stated, we are in the middle of renovations, including brand new renovations and updates on the interior of our homes, as well as the repairing some of the bones of the buildings while preparing to paint this spring.
