Verified Renter Not enough parking lot for the resident. If you come past 8pm , you may end up spending more than 1h looking for an empty parking spot. Also the gym should be at least 24/7 access

Verified Renter Citrine Hills is a great, safe place to live. The location is wonderful. The staff are friendly and continue to improve the community from a new upgraded gym to the pavement. The maintenance team is efficient and knowledgeable.

Verified Renter It's a very quiet neighborhood with a plenty of amenities. People here have been kind and the staff has been very easygoing and kind. I was approved very quickly
Verified Renter Office and maintenance staff are always wonderful and professional. Repairs are always made in a timely manner and with the AC going out right before another heat wave they took great care in helping to get that fixed! I can’t say how much I appreciate everyone’s hard work. My family is very happy in our apartment.

Verified Renter Overall one of the better places I’ve lived in while in the Seattle area. The space is a bit small and it’s obvious they use cheap materials for carpets, cabinets and bathtubs, and that they rely on paint to cover up any manner of sins. But it’s relatively quiet and private, the trees make an incredible “backyard” and the closeness to amenities like groceries and the Edmonds marina make it worth it.
