Verified Renter Management team is first class, well kept grounds and maintenance crew is fast and efficient. Lot of great amenities with activities always going on for both children and adults.
Verified Renter Brackett is a great apartment complex, the move in process was a little hectic, but it was faulted on both sides. The complex is nice, definitely feel like it used to be two different apartment complexes, but then just merged into one big complex. The pool and hot tub are nice, wish the gym was a little bit bigger. The staff is nice and responsive to any issues, for the most part. Recommend Brackett.
Major Mold Issues I am coming on here to write this while actively living here because I am so confused and frustrated on what else we can do at this point. There is a major mold issue in our ceiling. We have had it checked out and verified its mold because our apartment complex’s maintenance man is rude and demeaning and was trying to convince us it was not mold so that they don’t have to deal with it. Currently they are supposed to be in our crawlspace checking it out but instead there are three of the maintenance workers ... read more

Verified Renter If you have a (pre-approved breed) dog, then this place is well equipped to take care of them. The grass is green and free of dog waste as there are several stations with bags and cans to dispose.

Sunny treehouse It's a great place to live, good location. Staff is friendly and nice to work with. Maintenance requests are finished quickly. Some cool amenities as well.
Verified Renter Excellent facilities and grounds that are well-maintained by the staff. The doorman app is great too -- maintenance requests are answered immediately and handled almost as instantly. It's a great complex and I will miss it whenever I manage to leave ;).
