Don't rent here They'd love to get you signed up, but then they will completely ignore you. They act like tenants are the biggest inconvenience, and they take their sweet time fulfilling their side of the agreement. Need a repair on your decades old appliance? We try to answer all of the calls we receive throughout the day, whether or not they are prospective residents or not, we have no way of knowing most of the time who is calling. Quiet and convenient The space is really nice. Ample storage and updated finishes. It's a very quiet apartment, and I love all the windows. I've always had good experiences with the staff. I love the easy access to the major roadways and the interurban trail. The downside is the large deposit this place requires.
Friendly Neighborhood I have lived here for about 4 years! The apartments are family friendly. Outdoor landscape is always kept up and the flowers are beautiful. Never want to leave!
Firdale Village It is a great place, inexpensive. Has a pool and hot tub! Great location!
Woodpeckers mating next to my bedroom So I love my apartment I do, I do not love the woodpecker who try's to lure female woodpeckers to his love nest outside my bedroom window. However it's a fair trade that in return for the eleven months of peace and quiet, I must pay by dealing with him one month out of the year. Guess Who's Coming? When I moved here the staff was adorable and sweet. Unfortunately, I've lost track now of how many times a transfer of ownership has occurred. Of course now I understand why we were pressured so much to sign our new lease a month in advance. New management has arrived and now not only do I not recognize any staff but can't seem to get in touch with anyone to help us with maintenance. Where I used to see staff present on the grounds multiple times, now I'm lucky if I see one.
