Verified Renter The recent parking lot construction has been a mess ?? The unit I’m in is great but some of the amenities we’ve been equipped with has not been the best leading to us needing a lot of repairs. However, the staff here is responsive, professional and kind.
Verified Renter Parking is awful, even though we pay for our spot. Gets taken more often than it should and the office doesn’t do anything. Really don’t want to tow someone else because Brackett can’t get the parking under control.

Verified Renter Resurfacing notification map unreadable. No workable plans for resident parking it consideration for disabled residents. Residents are furious. I did not receive notice of parking in neighborhood area accessed through fire road which is not a street but private & owner hostile to its use.

Verified Renter The complex is great and the staff is friendly. The work done in our unit seems slapped together though and not like it was done with care which is surprising since it took a month to complete. A little bit of a clunky start but I think that’s just something that’ll be ironed out over time

Verified Renter I am really enjoying living at the Annaline! My apartment is spacious and was absolutely spotless on move in day, better than I could have expected!!! The gym and tennis courts are immaculate and enjoyable. The staff is friendly and helpful, communication has been easy! I would definitely recommend the Annaline to anyone looking to live closer to Nashville!

Verified Renter Overall it's what I expected for the price point. Yes, there are some cars being work on in the parking lot, or late night music from other units, but it's not a pricy place downtown. It's an affordable place that does a pretty good job staying presentable. The Annaline team have been nothing but amazing the entire time. They have a really great team and the maintenance request are handled very quickly. I'm very happy with my decision to move here.
