Verified Renter This apartment complex is well maintained and offers more than most. While most residents keep to themselves there is a lot of effort made by the staff to foster a community here. I appreciate the effort made through communication, community events, and other opportunities.

Verified Renter Neighborhood is safe and close to grocery stores and Costco. The amenities are alright my kids love the pool when it’s in season. The apartment complex is ok, it’s not the nicest. It’s affordable in Edmonds. It’s close to the Edmonds/Kingston ferry.

Verified Renter It would be nice to have a fireplace in this unit especially during freezing and snowy weather or at least give a price break for a smaller unit without a fireplace. Your permission to use the wide opened space off of my patio for a lovely garden would be delightful. My dishwasher was kicked in during the recent walk through in December, as I noted in writing that it did not properly fit into the space. Verified Renter A great place to live. It has its ups and downs but for the most part it is a fantastic place to either find community or be left alone, you get to choose. Neighbors aren’t to loud, staff is respectful and responsive, and the apartments are nice.
