Three months short term for long-term I don’t recommend If you’re looking for a temporary place to stay for a few months, this community might work for that. However, my personal experience has been very disappointing. From the beginning, I encountered several issues. The apartment was not properly prepared before move-in — there were multiple broken appliances including the kitchen sink faucet, lights that didn’t work, and a patio door that wouldn’t open. BED BUGS Do not move here. Apartment has bed bugs and management has been negligent and slow in responding.

Verified Renter I've had a great experience living here! Rent is a bit pricey and they do inspections and things of that sort more frequently than I'd like but I don't really mind. No noise problems and events are hosted often.

All things examined need to be BUT it could have all been done in ONE visit. Smoke alarms checked, fire places checked, all fixtures and appliances checked, and this last time I haven’t a clue what was being checked but, again, entrance was required! Verified Renter Staff is generally responsive. No major complaints. One of the few complexes worth the high prices being charged in this area. If the price stays low I could live here for years.
Verified Renter This complex is the quietest apartment complex I have lived at. I really appreciate how helpful and on top of things the office staff are. I love all of the amenities we have and overall the quality of life I have living here.
