Excellent folks to deal with. Great correspondence and an easy transaction. The registry website was down when we went to pick up the car, so they actually delivered the car to my home later in the day - can't ask for any more than that. Very happy indeed.
Very pleasant no pressure and salesman named Jose was excellent. Bought the van would use them again in a heartbeat. Recommend them highly!!
Absolutely horrible dealership. Looked at two different cars there. First time I scheduled a test drive I had to wait 45 minutes for them to get the car because it wasn't even on the lot. Second time I scheduled a test drive I checked in, waited over an hour and nobody helped me. Terrible customer service.

I live about 5 hours from the dealership so it made it difficult to go see the car. I was dealing with Amy at Bournes and she made a video of the car for me in addition to the multiple pictures. It was very helpful and I bought the car.
Great experience, They contacted me right away I was able to find the car I wanted at a great price. I live in Maine but chose to visit Bourne's because of their huge selection and because their pricing was below anything I could find on the model car I wanted. I was allowed to test drive multiple cars without anyone from the dealership, which was great I felt like I could really go through the vehicle without any pressure to buy.
