Responded quickly. I couldn't get out there right away, they let me know that car sold so I didn't have to make a wasted trip. Offered additional assistance for other vehicles. Never ended up going out there, but they were helpful online and over the phone.

Great effort reaching out and very helpful. But wasnt what i was looking for
I travelled a long distance from outside MA to see vehicle, they had it ready to test drive when I got there. Vehicle was well priced, in very good condition. I ended up purchasing the vehicle. Only glitch was when title was overnighted to me, no bill of sale was included. Quickly remedied via email and a scanned copy so I could register, get plates and drive vehicle home.
Good communication but vehicle was unavaible gave 5 stars because they had good customer service
Excellent used car dealership. Doing business with Suzie Pereira was a great experience.
