Great to work with!
Very simple process, a no hassle experience. Test drove vehicle alone. Price non negotiable but fair. All staff easy to deal with.

Car drove well, but there was a rattling noise. Did not like their method of negotiating the price for the car. Their "no hassle" price means no negotiation. The price was $300 higher than the high end of the Kelly Blue Book range. We told them that and they didn't car.

Busy dealership. Greg was nice,but our dealing was brief. I already had my mind,eyes, and heart on another vehicle. So, I didn't waste his time or mine. Lot was full of many high grade vehicles with very competitive prices.
Great Experience!! very friendly sales team, and easy to work with. I bought a used vehicle from them, I bought a vehicle from them smooth process, I'd do business with again.
Bourne's Auto Center rep Amy got right back to me with regard to a cargo van I was interested in. Unfortunately, a deposit was placed on it. She got back to me right away with another van. I ended up purchasing a van that had shelves and roof racks from another source. If the first van was available, I'm sure I would have bought it from Bourne's Auto Center.
We tried to come to an agreement but were a few hundred dollars off on my trade in. I contemplated for a few days and then decided to take the deal, but the car had been sold. Salesman, Mark, excellent.
