Showed up at the Auto Center on a Friday afternoon without an appointment ( no mention made that I recall of that being necessary). Person (Amy) that I had dealt with was not there but ladies at reception area were helpful. Turns out car was not on site (?) and would require someone going to get it. Based on time involved opted to not see the car.

Thank you for your honest feedback Joe.We do house vehicles 1/2 mile away at our internal reconditioning facility.We have Lot attendants standing by to shuttle the vehicles to the dealership.We monitor this process with technology we developed.It takes us about 10 minutes to move a vehicle.You certainly do not need an appointment to visit our dealership but if you do have an appointment we can have the vehicle parked in front for when you arrive.If you are still interested in the vehicle I would be more than happy to assist ... read more
