When we were in the market for a new car we immediately thought of Bourne's Auto because of their generous donation to the Easton Lion's Club Auction. I wasn't expecting the process to be so easy and stress-free but we were lucky to have David Pair as our salesman and we really felt like he went above and beyond. I found the dealership to be helpful. I walked in, a lovely young girl named TORI assisted me very professionally, drove up all 5 cars I was interested in, printed out all paperwork, was not pushy or aggressive, like some car dealerships are, she was charming and very helpful. Unfortunately I found a similar vehicle very close to home and ended up purchasing.

Amy was my sales rep. Even though I didn’t purchase a vehicle from them she was very helpful with getting info on the vehicle and keeping in touch. Very kind. Salesperson could not have cared any less. We reached a deal to buy a car from Bourne’s, when we went to pick up the car - it was all beat up and scratched. Salesperson didn’t offer solutions - we walked away from the deal.
