I purchased a vehicle from Bourne’s over 2,000 miles away. I am extremely happy how my salesperson, Amy, provided pressure-free great service giving me the satisfaction and ease of doing something like this remotely. She was extremely helpful and addressed any questions immediately. I especially appreciated the video walk-around of the vehicle. On top of all that, it was a great price!

Quick response. Set up a test drive but when we arrived the car wasn't there and had to be retrieved from another location. Then we were told it wouldn't start. After an hour they got the car there but its condition wasn't great. Offered to show us another similar car but then couldn't find it. A wasted afternoon.
