My hygenist this time was top rate and very pleasant as well - a welcome change from the last person (whose name I can't recall).
All the staff were friendly and Joan and dr Cole thorough in information provided
Dr. Horrocks along with the staff were fabulous!! They all took the time to explain my gum/teeth concerns, referred me to some dentists, and took the time to chat with me during my maintenance cleaning since I'm new to Colorado. Love the murals on the ceiling - very relaxing :)
DOCTOR HORROCKS IS THE BEST! HE IS SENSITIVE AND EXPERT AND FUN. HE IS THE CONSUMATE EDUCATOR, AND I APPRECIATE HIS EFFORT TO SHARE HIS SCIENCE.
Really appreciated DR Cole meeting with me and DR Johann regarding the pain that I was experiencing with my denture.
To clarify my answer to #3: I was given a statement on what my financial obligations would be, but not options for payment. Everyone was wonderful, personable and professional.
i have no complaints - everyone there is a true professional. my desire would be to have a complete understanding of the state of my teeth-gums-bones, which i do not feel i have.
There are a couple of things I would change - the staff told me I would be under a kind of semi-conscious anesthesia, where I would be aware of what was happening and able to communicate with the dentist. Instead I went completely out, and it was GREAT! I wish I'd known that in advance, as it would have saved me some worry. It would also have been nice to know ahead of time that I would receive Valium. I would have suggested an alternative, since my mother attempted suicide with Valium and it brings up some bad memories. But... read more
