My mouth felt really good after my cleaning. Although I had an excellent cleaning, I am also applying the doctor's prescription to pemphigoid sores. I am uncertain what the coordination between the hygienist and the doctor is or should be. Can/should the hygienist check the healing of the sores or is it necessary for the doctor to check the pemphigoid sores following the cleaning? Was the hygienist aware of the pemphigoid condition?
Jennifer worked with me for the first time. She did an excellent job! I could have used more lead time (at least a week) regarding picking up my prescriptions.
