Brenda did an excellent job and is a great addition to your staff.
Since I had been going to Wendy and she has now left for medical reasons, I had my first appointment with Brenda yesterday. Brenda did a VERY GOOD job with me. She took the time to answer all my questions and explained every step of the process of what she was doing. I would highly recommend Brenda to anyone looking for a new hygeinist. Everything was wonderful! My only disappointment was that I had to drive back for a prescription when I understood that they were all called into my pharmacy. Otherwise, fantastic experience!

No one told me I would have a different hygienist when I checked in. I was not prepared for the sub: she was very nice and professional, and I am sure she tried to do her best, but she did not give me a mirror to see my teeth at the end, and I did not get enough time to examine to see if she cleaned all of my teeth. As a result, two of my bottom teeth are still stained in the back, and there is a slightly rough area near the stain. Would like to update my medication list since it's been more than two years since I have done that. Also wish it were possible to get a sooner appointment!!
I answered "not sure" on #6 because I, personally, at my age, am becoming more wary of driving that far for a dental appointment; and, feel that others may want to choose someone closer to their residence.
Dr. Cole is great - she is very knowledgeable and explains things clearly as well.
