Everyone I met at your office/clinic was extremely professional. First, thank you to your receptionist, Shawna, who stayed on the phone with me and kept communicating with me daily/hourly. She sensed my distress. Shawn made an appointment for me with Dr. Cole (on the doctor's day off) and Dr. Cole gave me a complete examination. When she told me that I did not have an infection, we scheduled a cleaning. Ilene was the most thorough hygienist I have visited, And, Audrey spent time with me
Everyone was fabulous, friendly and professional; and, I love Dr. Cole.

I overheard reception talking about a caller that was a little challenging. I don't think it's very professional to talk about callers/customers in front of other customers -- mostly if it is a criticism or critique of the caller.
I was welcomed warmly by the staff. During my appointment Audrey, the dental tech, described the process during the procedure and x-ray of the implant. Overall I felt very comfortable, important, and safe.
I've always received FINE dental care at Boulder Periodontics, for which I'm most appreciative! A special thanks to Dr. Cole,Ilene, and Julie for their recent "heroic rescue" when some kind of allergic reaction occurred, resulting in a hefty scenario of itchy, inflamed hives!! YIKES!! THANKS again!
