Dr. Horrocks was very relaxed and open to all my questions. He is highly professional, while being low-key, which allowed me to be comfortable during the examination. I left the office knowing what to expect during my next visit. Sheryl was quick, efficient and cheerful as she assisted Dr. Horrocks and then took x-rays.. All personnel showed a kindness and caring that made my visit as stress-free as possible.
I just recently moved to Colorado, and had been looking for a dentist who could give me information on Dental Implants. I was refferred to Boulder Periodontics, as soon as I walked into the reception area, I felt right at ease, it was bright, the people at the desk were smiling then I met Dr. Giles Horroks, he put me right at ease, and was very patient and explicit in explaining what the procedures would be and the costs. good to see Dr Cole again after 6 years
Audrey was wonderful. She could see that I was nervous and patiently explained everything to me. Dr. Cole was also lovely and made sure that the procedure was as quick and pain free as possible.
Dr. Cole and her staff seem to genuinely care about their patients' well being. After my surgery I called Dr. Cole's personal cell phone and she promptly returned my call, and took time out of her evening to speak with me about questions and concerns I had. The whole experience was fantastic.
