I met Brenda for the first time. She did an excellent job of cleaning my teeth and addressing my questions.

My experience with Dr. Horrocks was excellent. Besides being very competent, his explanations and chairside manner is superb. In contrast, my experience with Dr. Cole a year earlier was not good. The surgery I had left me the same or worse than before. What made me the most angry was being told everything was "fine" at each postop visit, and then not being told the truth by the doctor. That is unacceptable. Five stars for Dr. Horrocks; Half of one star for Dr. Cole.

I have some expensive dental surgery coming up in December ($3,000 or so). Any way to spread out the payments?
