VERY pleased. I had back to back appts. 1st w/ Dr. Cole and Audrey, for an exam as this was an initial visit....changing periodontists. I feel so much better about Dr Cole than previous perio. Then a cleaning. Turns out that Eileen is someone who has cleaned my teeth, way back when I was seeing Dr. Rogers, very happy w/ the cleaning, too. Office staff helpful, three. Thank you all.
Julie and Shawna were always very friendly, called me by name, and were great! Also, Jennifer was fabulous with making me feel like I was going to be okay, when I wasn't so sure of that! HA! She is also very personable and so kind!
Everyone was extremely helpful, and friendly.
Dr Cole seems like a great doctor. She came off as very welcoming, knowledgeable, and had a very realistic outlook. I left not feeling like I was being sold anything but that she was being very straight forward with me about my situation.
Whole staff is wonderful. Eileen is doing a great job.
Dr. Cole and her assistant are wonderful. They take the time to answer questions, care about their patient's concerns and are invested in comfort during the procedure.
Both Audrey and Dr. Cole were incredible
The staff and Dr. Horrock's assistant, Jennifer, were so welcoming and reassuring from beginning to end. The whole office provides a five star experience because of their genuinely friendly and professional manner and the skill of providing excellent service and care. Thank you for taking such great care of me!
