I have relied upon Dr. Horrocks and his staff for control of my gum disease for over 15 years and have nothing but superlatives to share. This is a personal, professional, skilled and caring group of colleagues.
I was sent to Boulder Periodontics, by my personal dentist, to have a procedure done. Of course dreading to go, I got a friendly reception and signed everything I had to. The only thing was asked money up front, which at the time, I thought was all right, and husband with me, had a credit card, so no problem. Different procedure done, so different money, exchange, had to void, redo, etc. That never happened before. Pleasant and painless experience as usual. Advice about possible future problems and how to avoid them very helpful. Hygienist was considerate of my concerns about cleaning procedures.
excellent care, service and communication
it was my initial visit for a surgical consult. I did not have to wait long before I was taken back to where they could meet with me, and it wasn't long before the doctor came in. I thought I was given the time to ask questions, and given all options. The doctor and her team were quite flexible in working out a time for surgery, my finances, and answering all my questions. it was a very positive visit overall.
Brenda did good job explaining what she was going to do next, and being aware of my gag reflex.
Dr. Cole and her assistant were very attentive, friendly and listened to my concerns. Dr. Cole explained my issues thoroughly and the treatment needed. The entire office/team were friendly! I feel confident that I will be taken well care of during my procedure.
Friendly professional staff. Relaxing environment. Share and explain things simply and thoroughly. This was my first visit, and I was impressed.
