I was actually excited to get started on the work I needed to have done. The procedure and what to expect afterwards was explained very well and I was quite comfortable throughout the surgery. I got a follow-up text from Dr. Cole the same day and was able to send her a photo of the pulled tooth area to confirm that everything was on track as expected. I took the meds and had no pain the first day and feel great the second. I'm looking forward to getting an implant.
Everyone was very professional and friendly ! Just dont understand Why this dental work is so very expensive. I thought of cancelling and not fixing my teeth,But changed my mind and decided to go ahead,

I found Dr. Cole and her assistant to be very efficient, gentle in their work on me and very personable. Dr. Cole followed up personally via phone after a few hours from the procedure and was available by phone over the weekend even though she was out of town on a brief vacation. I would definitely recommend Dr. Cole and her team to my friends and family
Sheryl (Cheryl) was great. Very careful and avoided my gag reflex while taking X-rays. Explained changes to care routine clearly.
I recently had a dental emergency requiring extraction of an infected tooth. Dr. Horrocks rearranged his schedule to treat me the same day. The treatment was absolutely excellent. The staff was likewise top notch. I the past Dr Horrocks has performed an implant and periodontal surgery on me which also proved very successful. Definitely the best dental office I have seen.
You were so professional. and I must admit I was very skeptical , because you did not take my insurance and it took a very very long time to get an appointment. I thought you would charge me more and recommend more aggressive treatment than the other opinion i got. But I was wrong, and I like and respect Dr Horwath /"i may have spelled it wrong but I sure do like him. So I hope to see him in 6 months.
