Mango... The Bombay Cricket Club has excellent Indian food. However, it's worth a visit just for their mango margaritas - just make sure you have a designated driver if your having more than one (and you will want to).

Some say the best I used to live across the street from this little upscale Indian food restaurant. They have a tiny upstairs for additional seating but this place is often full. They do offer to go orders as long as they are not swamped. All dishes are exquisite. When they ask for how spicy, be cautious. The mild is super hot. I went for medium once and thought I was eating flames.

Mango Margaritas of love! Excellent Indian food, friendly waitstaff, great service: one of our favorite spots! Reservations help if you have more than 2 people on a weekend night. Seating is pretty tight so not a great spot if you have rowdy little ones.

Lives up to its reputation Truly great Indian food! I read the reviews on this historic Portland mainstay and was not sure. The marsala chicken is to die for. Work of caution--not spicy is still VERY spicy. Get your water ready. Servers are knowledgable and friendly.

Fantastic food and great atmosphere. Love the wait staff. Owner greets you at door and makes you feel important. Size of restaurante is an issue (too small) and bringing small kids is not advised.

Fantastic Dinner – Wonderful food, great service, and excellent cocktails. If the restaurant wasn't quite so small it would be absolutely perfect!

Always a Delight! – My partner and I have eaten here for the past 6 years and the service, food, and atmosphere remain a constant. This visit we introduced a couple of friends to the place and now they're hooked. We started off the evening with Mangoritas. The smells throughout the restuarant made my stomach growl in anticipation of ordering the oven roasted leg of lamb. It remains our favorite. The garlic naan was a perfect compliment with the meal and large enough to feed the four of us. Thanks Karim, and staff for the yea... read more
